Intro -(Name/Age/Country/Hobbies/Whatever else you wanna say about yourself)-
Hi! I'm Jen, I'm 21 and live in New Zealand. I'm in my final year studying engineering at university so most of my time is spent studying, but drawing is one of my favourite things to do in my spare time
***
1. How long have you been drawing? (in general)- I've been drawing since before I can even remember – at least 17 years. My parents noticed I loved it at a really young age and encouraged me to keep doing it in my spare time. I started focusing on drawing digitally about three years ago.
2. How did you discover Darren and what made you interested in him as a fan at first?- I started watching Glee around 1x04 – I was on tumblr and a lot of my friends mentioned enjoying it. I love music so at first I was mostly invested for the music. I stopped watching for a while near the end of season one but when my friends mentioned Darren Criss (who I knew from AVPM) was coming on as a potential love interest for Kurt (who was one of my favourite characters) I was excited to start watching again for that! I ship Klaine because I think they are very well-suited for each other, and because I love seeing positive portrayals of young gay couples
3. What inspires you to draw?- I mostly draw when I’m frustrated or tired of studying, or if I’m particularly excited for something coming up on the show or an idea for an AU. I generally get my ideas from talking to my friends, reading fic, watching movies, or listening to music.
4. What is the hardest and easiest part of Darren’s figure to draw?- Same as with anyone I draw I think capturing his likeness is the hardest part! I also find short curly hair hard to draw, so that’s one good thing about all the gel he wears on Glee

I think the easiest part of drawing him is the eyebrows, of course!
5. How much time does it take you to finish a piece?- Depends on how complicated it is – usually a finished coloured piece will take anywhere around 5-10 hours, sometimes if something’s not working how I want it to I can spend days, weeks or even months working on it for little bits at a time until I get it how I want it.
